The Ashtech Group, a major construction & infrastructure player, has entered the luxury housing market with a ₹1,800 crore residential project in Sector 12, Greater Noida West. This marks the company’s debut in Noida’s premium real estate segment, signaling growing investor confidence in the region’s upscale housing demand.
Spread across 5.6 acres of prime land, the upcoming project will feature low-density towers, wrap-around balconies, and expansive green zones, emphasizing open-space living — a key shift in post-pandemic housing preferences. The development is expected to include high-end amenities, landscaped areas, and sustainable design elements to cater to the city’s expanding affluent population.
Work on the project is slated to begin shortly, aligning with Greater Noida’s rapid transformation into a residential & commercial hub driven by new expressway links, metro extensions, and proximity to Jewar International Airport, set to be operational in the coming years.
